We offer free shipping on orders over £75 within the United Kingdom.

The free shipping threshold may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

While we will assist in investigating shipping issues, Aurex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and contents.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
